1/2 cup of almonds (soaked overnight)
hand full of organic kale
2 hand fulls of organic spinach
1 avocado
1 organic cucumber
1 red, yellow or green organic bell pepper
2 stalks of organic celery
hand full of organic Italian parsley (or basil)
1 organic tomato
juice of 1 organic lemon or lime
1 drop of food grade frankincense oil
1 drop of food grade basil or cilantro oil
1 drop of food grade lemon, lime or wild orange oil
1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon of Real Salt
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of Udo's 369 blend Oil
1/8 teaspoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups of water
Put all but oils in Vitamix and blend.
Blend the rest of the ingredients.
Add oils & mix a third time.
